    Your Opportunity

    We are looking to hire a (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager for either our Berlin HQ or our office in NYC. The (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager will develop & execute strategies to maximize paid campaign impact while reducing conversion costs.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, define target audiences, and craft competitive positioning.
    • Test & Scale: Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to scale our paid acquisition channels efficiently and sustainably.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to track campaign effectiveness, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-informed decisions within the team.
    • Manage Budgets: Oversee the performance marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels and audience segments for maximum ROI.
    • Cultivate Innovation: Lead by example to foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-focused culture within the performance marketing team.

    Profile

    • Leadership & Strategy: You've led performance marketing teams in the B2B SaaS space and have experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
    • Hands-On Expertise: While being a leader, you stay close to the day-to-day operations.
    • Analytical & Data-Driven: You're deeply analytical and use data to inform decisions at both the macro (strategy) and micro (campaign) levels.
    • Collaborative & Cross-Functional Influence: Known for your ability to lead cross-functional teams, you influence key stakeholders across departments (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
    • International Experience: With global experience, you understand the nuances of managing campaigns across different regions.

    Expected Compensation: $140,000 to $185,000 + Bonus + VSOP

    This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
