    This is a business partnering role supporting the Services and Customer Care groups.

    You will serve as a business partner and strategic advisor to leaders by managing data and performing reporting and analysis to enable them to make more effective and informed decisions.

    You will also assist with management of capacity planning and utilization analysis.

    You will be responsible for month-end close activities, quarterly forecasting activities and budgets as well as preparing and distributing management and financial reports and presentations.

    Responsibilities

    Month End Activities and Cost Center Management:
    Ensure accuracy of cost center expenses at the end of each month.
    Review monthly Payroll and reconcile to budgeted or forecasted headcount

    Question differences – prepare Journal Entry for reclasses
    Partner with HR to resolve any discrepancies and cost center changes

    Monthly Actual Review during close week
    Run and review OPEX by cost center and account

    Analyze and explain variances against Budget and Forecast
    Research and reclass any amounts that are incorrectly coded
    Review expenses and determine missing cost and prepare accrual Journal Entries
    Calculate and post cost allocations to COS or Sales

    Review purchase card activities and leased vehicle expenses

    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Partner with services and customer care management in creating quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
    Responsible for reconciling and accounting for all approved headcount in budget and forecast and appropriate phasing
    Produce headcount and OPEX file to support the budgeting and forecast process

    Reporting:
    T&E and Office spending reporting and analysis of trends from current and prior years
    Headcount

    Analyze headcounts, movement, TBH's

    Reconcile to Budget or previous forecast and update bridges and assumptions
    Update list of TBH's and reconcile to vacancies
    Create and publish utilization reports, and partner with cost center manager to analyze data and highlight trends and anomalies
    Prepare and distribute BVR files to each cost center manager
    Ad-hoc reporting in support of a business plan or a project

    Partnering:
    Respond to general questions, most commonly asked by cost center managers or admins, by researching and performing analysis
    Generate ad-hoc reporting to support decision making and analysis
    Create monthly reports to support the business and highlight variances and provide insights
    Partner with HR and managers to maintain data accuracy and reporting around headcount
    Requirements
    At least 1-2 years of relevant FP&A experience
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in order to explain financial concepts to non-finance people
    Advanced analytical skills, proficiency with MS Excel and willingness to learn new ERP systems
    Strong communication and presentation skills required
    Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
    Detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
