    Xenith Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in support of a government contract for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

    Job Description:
    Primary duties will be in the support of Agile Software Development to deliver, maintain, and manage operational IT system functionality in support of the customer's mission by conducting Operations and Maintenance, Interfaces Support, Data Warehouse Support, Infrastructure Engineering and Configuration Management Support, Security Engineering Support, and Digital Records Management Support
    More specifically, this position provides support utilizing Agile Software Development Scrum teams for the development and Tier 2 and 3 Operations and Maintenance Support for the specified customer Components
    The Program Manager (PM) will have overall delivery responsibility of the Task Order activities to include Contractor team performance and issue resolution
    The PM will factor in all inputs to derive a recommended approach based on factors including prioritization and subject matter expertise, technical and business information, risk management, and industry best practices

    Responsibilities, but not limited to:
    Responsible include working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establish timelines and budgets, allocate resources, and monitor progress
    Identifies and mitigates risks, resolves conflicts, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and strategies
    The PM will communicate regularly with project teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, support, and updates to ensure successful project outcomes
    Additionally, the PM will analyze project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize project delivery processes

    Required Qualifications:

    Minimum Education:
    A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum Requirement:


    • Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment leading major systems development and integration efforts across a mixed platform.
    • 5 or more years of relevant experience working in a Federal Law Enforcement environment.
    • Project Management experience in an Agile Software Development environment, including methodologies related to software lifecycle management, DevOps environments and highly integrated / multiple environment solutioning.
    • Experience with Microsoft Project.
    • Experience delivery products using Automated and Continuous Integration best practices.
    • Experience identifying obstacles and deviations from plan and taking corrective action.
    • Experience with contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel
    Security Requirements The contractor shall comply with the pre-screening requirements specified in the DHS Special Security Requirement – Contractor Pre-Screening paragraph located in this contract, if HSAR clauses , Security Requirements for Unclassified Information Technology (IT) Resources; and/or
    Contract employees needing access to sensitive information, shall undergo a position sensitivity analysis based on the duties each individual will perform on the contract
    The results of the position sensitivity analysis shall identify the appropriate background investigation to be conducted
    Background investigations will be processed through the Personnel Security Unit
    Prospective Contractor employees shall submit security vetting documentation within 10 days of notification

    citizens, including Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs), is not permitted in the performance of this contract for any position that involves access to DHS /ICE IT systems and the information contained therein, to include, the development and / or maintenance of DHS/ICE IT systems; or access to information contained in and / or derived from any DHS/ICE IT system
