    Job Description:

    • Responsible for handling inbound calls from residential homeowners regarding mortgage questions
    • Requirement is to solve the customers problem on a first call resolution
    • Calls could be pertaining payments, address change, account password and resets, etc.

    Qualifications:

    HS Diploma or GED

    1+ years of Contact Center experience required

    Must be familiar with working on computers

    Someone who is comfortable asking someone for money and not getting nervous to do so

    Someone who is very customer service centric and puts the customer first (do not want someone that is only focus on a hard collect i.e. legal collections)
