    Senior Outreach Liaison- Medical Informatics

    Purpose of Job: The Senior Outreach Liaison is responsible for coordinating clinical outreach with all OU Sooner HAN practices. Responsible for expansion and recruitment activities with new primary care practices. Represent the OU Sooner HAN in community meetings and settings. Serve as part of the HAN Leadership team. Including practice facilitation activities to ensure practices are achieving clinical outcomes required by the State Medicaid program.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate clinical outreach with physician champions within the OU Sooner HAN practices to support the clinic team in achieving outcomes required by the Medicaid program.
    • Develop professional relationships with practices, physician leaders, and community service providers.
    • Create monitoring schedules and reports for practices in collaboration with the Quality team.
    • Provide technical assistance to practices to assist with implementing evidence-based quality improvement activities to meet desired outcomes.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a recruitment strategy for HAN growth.
    • Supervise practice recruitment staff.
    • Participate in strategic planning for the OU Sooner HAN program.
    • Oversees the development and maintenance of marketing materials for the OU Sooner HAN.
    • Maintain professional relationships with Oklahoma Health Care Authority staff, community partners, and other payors.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of a practice facilitation model with current OU Sooner HAN practices.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations at local, state, and national conferences as requested.

    Community Representative:

    • May serve as the OU representative on community boards and task forces.

    Qualifications:

    Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, AND:

    • 48 Months experience in marketing, public relations, outreach programs, or closely related fields.
    • Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 96 months related experience.

    Working Conditions:

    • Physical: Sit for prolonged periods. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Use of a computer.
    • Environmental: Standard Office Environment.
