The IT SAP Functional MM Procurement & IBP plays a key role in supporting the implementation configuration and optimization of SAP solutions that meet business requirements.- Analyze business requirements design procurement solutions in SAP MM
- Configure support purchasing organization groups document types purchase requisitions purchase orders contracts scheduling agreements release strategies approval workflows source determination pricing vendor evaluation manage vendor master data material master integration integrate MM with FI WM/EWM PP support inventory management MRP related procurement processes prepare functional specifications collaborate with ABAP teams provide production support issue resolution
- Design implement SAP IBP solutions including IBP for Demand IBP for Supply IBP for Inventory Optimization configure planning areas key figures planning operators alerts integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA or ECC using CPI-DS support demand forecasting supply planning scenario simulations lead data integration master data alignment validation support planning cycles UAT go live activities gather analyze business requirements translate into SAP functional specifications configure SAP modules according to business processes best practices deliver functional solutions prepare maintain functional documentation process flows configuration guides participate testing activities unit testing integration testing UAT identify resolve functional issues ongoing application support assist user training change management knowledge transfer ensure compliance internal controls system standards continuous improvement initiatives system optimization
