    Are you a RBT looking for EXTRA pay with consistent hours , a rewarding job in a Non traditional ABA setting?? Bridge 2 Brilliance has an opportunity for you

    If you are passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply for this position.

    The ideal candidate has a passion in helping others. This position involves working with individuals aged 10-16 years old in a Group Home setting.

    Responsibilities:
    - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
    - Collect data on client progress and behavior
    - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
    - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment outcomes
    - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions

    Experience:
    - Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
    - Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
    - Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience or education in the field of ABA or autism is preferred.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
