    Your responsibilities will include:
    • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients
    • Collaborating with offsite biller to submit and track insurance claims
    • Providing guidance to patients on insurance coverage and payment options
    • Overseeing administrative tasks to maintain accurate patient records

    What We're Looking For:
    • We are in search of a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Previous experience in dental or medical insurance coordination (preferred but not mandatory)
    • Proficiency in navigating insurance portals
    • Strong customer service skills and a dedication to assisting others
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
