Job summary
The Mortgage Processor is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and verifying loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the mortgage process.This role involves coordinating with loan originators, borrowers, and third-party vendors to facilitate timely closings.
The Processor ensures compliance with company policies, lender guidelines,
and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum one year of mortgage processing experience required.
