Mechanical Engineering Tech Lead

Major Position Responsibilities:
Assists mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery, such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
Estimates workload to establish completion dates.
Trains subordinate personnel in the various Mechanical Engineering techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical Training Degree
Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a relevant function
Preferred Qualifications:
Accociate's Degree in a technical training field preferred

Oral and written communication skills
