    _ Account Director _


    General Summary:

    The Account Director is responsible for overseeing projects and nurturing relationships with top major account partners. This role provides support to the Sales team by working cross-functionally to meet strategic objectives, complete routine health checks, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages top major accounts and serves as primary contact for assigned account partners
    • Provides support to the sales team, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials
    • Works cross-functionally to develop processes and materials, coordinate events, and provide support to colleagues and partners
    • Maintains outbound communication and daily contact with key decision makers
    • Reports on sales numbers, escalations, forecasting and other key metrics
    • Stays up to date on product knowledge to provide guidance to partners
    • Identifies areas for process improvements and serves as lead resource for existing team members

    • Knowledge of account strategies and sales tactics
    • Ability to situationally adapt, creatively problem solve, and understand new technologies
    • Ability to effectively present key materials, negotiate with partners, and build strong interpersonal relationships
    • Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently and cross-functionally
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

    • Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
    • Preferred: 8+ years of relevant experience

    Working Conditions:

    • Remote/Hybrid/Onsite depending on location
    • 25-50% travel may be required
