Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Tooling Associates across all shifts and control overtime
• Ensure maintenance of press dies and weld fixture tooling
• Collaborate with Engineering divisions on projects
• Manage departmental budgets and capital programs
• Facilitate essential training for staff development
• Maximize production efficiency and quality
• Promote teamwork and safe work practices
• Implement 5S standards for cleanliness and organization
• Conduct investigations and propose cost-saving ideas
• Engage in die and machine designs to meet quality standards
• Lead preventive maintenance efforts and spare parts inventory
• Adhere to company policies and Health & Safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in automated manufacturing
• Knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing and Tooling
• Proficiency in CAD software, shop equipment, and Microsoft tools
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Tooling Manufacturing

Position Details:

• Location: Corydon, IN
• Shift: 1st Shift, PPE Required
• Salary: $80K - $90K per year
