    Description

    Ole Ben Franklin Motors is a locally owned and operated business with multiple locations in the Knoxville area. We are on the lookout for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to contribute to our team.

    We are in search of dedicated representatives to elevate our customer service standards and deliver exceptional experiences. The responsibilities for this position include:

    • Calling, texting, and emailing all incoming internet prospects
    • Assisting customers in their vehicle search
    • Following up with past customers
    • Greeting customers upon arrival

    In addition, fluency in a second language is highly desirable.
