- Create technical presentations, capture requirements, and translate business needs into innovative solutions
- Author responses to RFI & RFPs and drive new opportunities for testing and validation
- Promote thought leadership within the organization and stay updated with market trends
- Be creative, empathetic, and have a desire for continuous learning
- Prior pre-sales experience
- Experience with financial services or fintech companies preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications
- Deep understanding of storage architectures and enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills and technical expertise
- BS in CS, EE, or equivalent technical degree
- Passion for technology, curiosity, and ability to explain complex concepts to customers
