- Collaborates with the multi-disciplinary team to provide for an on-going assessment of changes in patient status and gathers pertinent patient care data through rounding and patient interaction using all available resources in the inpatient or outpatient setting (60%).
- Organizes patient care tasks according to priority and importance of tasks to be completed (20%).
- Obtains vital signs and height and weight measurements. Provides crisis intervention on the unit to maintain safety. Responds to facility Code events (10%).
- Reports any changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff and suggests modifications to the master treatment plan (10%).
- Bachelor's degree or one to two years of relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Child Abuse Clearance, CPR Certification, Criminal Background Clearance.
- Non-violent crisis intervention required within six months of hire.
- Preferred: 1-3 years of mental health or clinical experience.
