- Schedule, direct and coordinate all manufacturing and printing operations for the plant.
- Lead, direct and mentor 20+ employees.
- Expedite all materials needed for production and negotiate POs with suppliers.
- Review product specs and quality requirements daily to support the production schedule.
- Hire, train, and review employees as needed.
- Prepare & analyze productivity, quality and financial reports to ensure profitability, labor content and internal margins.
- Take part in client meetings.
- Work closely with sales, engineering and production personnel to solve any production/client issues.
- Minimum of 10 years' manufacturing management experience.
- Manufacturing scheduling and coordinating experience.
- Experience managing a diverse workforce.
- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Practices.
- Vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and team building skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Compose documents and make presentations based on information gathered.
- Proficient on MSO and the internet.
- Bachelors' Degree preferred.
