We are looking for an Electrical Engineer (Rotating Machine Design) to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.You will design and analyze moderately complex electro-mechanical components and systems, for our power manufacturing facility, EMD (Electrical-Mechanical Division).

Assess new and existing equipment to optimize design efficiency, safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.
Designs and conducts experiments, collects data, and interprets results; Capable of drawing conclusions and reconciling differences between predicted values and actual results.
Plans, coordinates, and executes, with guidance, a variety of engineering activities including documentation, reporting, publishing, and making technical or other presentations.
Designs new equipment and machinery. Capable of leading engineering teams through moderately complex technical issues. Actively supports development of engineering planning for development of new designs and redesign efforts.Determines technical objectives and develops innovative, practical solutions to advance technical engineering problems. Performs engineering assignments in a timely manner under minimal guidance of a more senior engineer.
