    Job Description

    The following are some essential responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
    • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
    • Maintain store owned gear, as requested
    • Complete warranty repair work

    Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should possess:

    • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

    Prior experience with guitar maintenance and repair is preferred, but not required.
