Job Summary

This position will primarily support the Oncology Clinical Research Support Team (OCRST).

OCRST serves as a central resource and umbrella unit for all CU Cancer Center partner institutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, research, communications, accounting, finance social sciences marketing or related field from an accredited institution.

  • One year of relevant experience in an administrative support role in an academic healthcare-related environment at Intermediate level.

      Responsibilities

        -Track progression upcoming events provide develop updates as needed Prepare agendas organize meetings take meeting minutes coordinate presenters document reviews approvals disseminate decisions create maintain tracking reporting tools staff Cancer Center OCRST meetings Oversee direct publication quarterly Principal Investigator PI Clinical Research Newsletters Manage operational needs OCRST Program primary point contact internal external partners Provide ongoing administrative programmatic support leadership Cancer Center OCRST Program maintaining CU Cancer Center internal research resource website
        -Provide adminstrative support Associate Director Clinical Research Deputy Associate Director Clinical Research OCRST program Additional Duties Intermediate Independently manage logistics finances Cancer Center events sponsored external events conferences meetings recruitment visits Develop creative materials PowerPoint presentations webpages communication materials Create maintain tracking reporting tools IIT LAPS NCTN CSRN Finance ORIEN Data Quality Programs within OCRST Serve adminstrative lead Flatiron partnership Responsibilities include developing maintaining workflows instructions guidance documents tracking project progression projects closed according to project timelines contractual agreements Senior Provide direct operational supprt cancer center senior leadership Assist Principal Investigators IRB submissions Flatiron Explore projects Independently facilitate process improvement projects OCRST cancer center Additonal Duties Senior +-
