    The key responsibilities of our Event Management Trainees include delivering outstanding customer service at top-tier retail locations, mastering direct marketing sales techniques for in-store and direct clients, and representing our clients' products effectively. Excellent communication with the management team is vital for addressing customer needs, and ongoing personal development is fostered through training sessions organized by both our company and clients.

    The requirements for the Event Management Trainee role are:

    • Prior customer service or service industry experience preferred, but not required
    • High level of motivation and enthusiasm for personal growth
    • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing client requirements
    • Available for full-time employment
    • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
