    We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. You are the primary point of contact for many of our clients, who both come into the office and call. You will greet customers, direct traffic to the appropriate Agent, and handle many customer service activities.

    Our ideal candidate has at least three years of an administrative assistant or customer service roles and knows how to manage the different administrative needs of a busy office.

    Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities

    • Schedule meetings and appointments; provide reminders to staff when important events are upcoming
    • Provide general support to visitors who come into the office and on phone
    • Handle billing and pricing, policy changes, and claims questions

    Office Manager Requirements and Qualifications

    • Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License will be required (we can help the right candidate obtain this)
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role
    • Basic knowledge of accounting
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Provide general support to existing clients and new customers who come into the office and on the phone daily

    • Base Salary depending on experience $51,000 - $55,000
