- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Associates Degree or higher OR a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports OR will complete a Bachelor's Degree in May 2024.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Bachelor's degree - preferably in supply chain, engineering, or production operations
- Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Experience with equipment and/or building maintenance
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SAP
- Project management experience
- Adept at seeing opportunities to improve upon the status quo and implementing solutions
- Familiarity with Lean principles
