DIRECTOR OPERATIONS/PLANT MANAGER(B.S DEGREE)SALARY KFOOD/BAKERY PRODUCT MANUFACTURING
Growing food product manufacturer needs someone to oversee their plant and the day to day operations including production, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and the customer service team.
Will establish qualitative and quantitative metrics and guidelines to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements, forecast budgets in each division, improve customer service, and will meet and report issues with the CEO about the company's daily operation and business operation strategy.
Will develop and implement business strategies, set goals, and evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Position will require 15% domestic travel and once in awhile to France. Position will require 10+ years experience in the food manufacturing industry. Bakery products experience a plus.
