- Ophthalmology experience required

- Enjoys working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience with Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives
- Opportunity exists for either comprehensive Ophthalmologist or BC Glaucoma or Cornea Ophthalmologist
- Diagnose and treat comprehensive eye diseases and injuries
- Perform appropriate procedures and surgical interventions
- Participate in Performance Improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
- BE/BC Ophthalmology
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality patient care
- Team oriented, positive and patient centered
