- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations as assigned.
- Interact with various departments to resolve general ledger reconciling items.
- Identify areas in the organization for process improvement opportunities including automation.
- Work closely with loan accounting and loan servicing colleagues,
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance)
- 2 years of Financial services industry experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and others across the organization.
- Advance knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred.

The Analyst, Loan Accounting is responsible for reconciliation of assigned accounts on a daily/monthly basis as assigned. Individual must also be able to communicate the operational nature of the accounts assigned and how reconciling items are resolved.
