Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of production floor and personnel.

Establish key performance indicators that drive change and visibility to the team and leaderships; track, trend and monitor routinely with active data analysis to target and drive results.

Plan, organize and direct team members to meet production schedules, expectations, and requirements of internal and external customers.

Provide technical and operational support for the plant; ensure facility and equipment are well-maintained and preserved; manage third-party service providers.

Ensure orders are manufactured according to specifications and to schedule; ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded.

Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems, customer concerns, and other functional areas.

Assist department managers within the division on a variety of issues, tasks, and projects.

Liaise with the quality assurance department to ensure product quality and specification are consistent.

Oversee the procurement of raw materials and equipment required for manufacturing.

Create a positive team environment by training team members on the importance of safety, efficiency, productivity, cooperation, and morale while ensuring top-quality product output.

Conduct daily/weekly production meetings.

Conduct employee annual review process.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to create a stable manufacturing environment through understanding of customer demand and production capacity and creating direct flow where possible.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict to a resolution.

Strong attention to detail and organized.
