- Minimum 6 months in the All Star position with coaching, training, and multitasking experience

- Previous coaching and teaching experience

- Customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and focused
- Ability to work in an open kitchen environment, engaging in various physical tasks

SummaryAs a Restaurant Shift Leader at MOD, you'll have the chance to enhance your leadership skills and style, overseeing store operations during shifts.
