- Develop operation plan to support market growth and maximize potential.
- Create a collaborative sales, materials, service, and administration leadership team to develop and implement strategies to execute plans.
- Conduct team meetings and 1:1 coaching session to coordinate effort, coach and develop staff capabilities.
- Assist department leaders and team members' efforts to execute projects by applying internal and external resources.
- Assist Branch Manager required vendor opportunity reporting.
- Interact with Corporate personnel on branch behalf and report to branch personnel on sales opportunities.
- Recruit and train new team members.

- Proven track record in lean methodology and facilities management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related experience
- At least three years of leadership experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must have valid and current driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
