    Job Summary:

    Operations Manager to coordinate efforts of Sales, Service, Materials and Office Administrative departments.

    Recruit, develop and train team leaders and team members to serve customers in their various markets with solutions that make Rogers the top provider in the area.

    Coach lean methodology and facility management.


    Essential Job Duties:


    • Develop operation plan to support market growth and maximize potential.
    • Create a collaborative sales, materials, service, and administration leadership team to develop and implement strategies to execute plans.
    • Conduct team meetings and 1:1 coaching session to coordinate effort, coach and develop staff capabilities.
    • Assist department leaders and team members' efforts to execute projects by applying internal and external resources.

    Additional Job Duties:


    • Assist Branch Manager required vendor opportunity reporting.
    • Interact with Corporate personnel on branch behalf and report to branch personnel on sales opportunities.
    • Recruit and train new team members.

    Qualifications:


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven track record in lean methodology and facilities management
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

    Preferred Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related experience
    • At least three years of leadership experience

    Physical Demands:


    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Environmental Working Conditions:
    will visit customer sites to perform audits and evaluations, present proposals, or customer training.


    • Must have valid and current driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
