Dental Group CMO Chief Marketing Officer

16 Location Dental Group in Southern CA is seeking experienced Chief Marketing Officer

Existing experience as a CMO/Dental Marketing Director or equivalent experience at a Dental Group with 10 plus locations is required.

Doing marketing as part of your front office duties at your existing office? Fantastic, but not a fit for what we're looking for.

Are you a Google Ads guru who has dental offices among your client list? Nicely done, but not a fit for what we're looking for.

Social media master / budding influencer? Keep up the good work, but not a fit for what we're looking for.

Our Marketing Leader will be able to:

-Properly capture and track attribution

-Optimize the lead capture and nurturing process

-Understand the pros and cons of different CRM systems to choose one best suited to our needs

-Track acquisition counts and CPA per channel to optimize resource allocation

-Manage both in-house and outsourced resources to drive down CPA per channel
