    Job Title: Retail Service Advisor (RSA) Shift Lead

    As a Dispensary Shift Lead, you'll be the front-line supervisor responsible for opening and closing duties, overseeing RSA tasks, and bridging the gap between customers and Redi's management. You'll ensure smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and improving the customer experience through feedback and continuous enhancement.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain Dispensary Operations: Follow Redi's Policies and Procedures, handling any unforeseen circumstances.

    Comply with Regulations: Understand and adhere to CCC regulations for legal operation.

    Supervise and Train Staff: Coach, shadow, and ensure staff comprehension, setting examples for best practices.

    Manage Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure nightly deposit completion, in-house cleaning, and prioritize positive customer interactions.

    Attendance: Demonstrate punctuality and regular attendance for smooth operations and consistent customer service.

    Contribute to Company Culture: Participate in tasks to reinforce company culture.

    Floating and Customer Interaction: Greet customers, use displays for personal interaction, enhancing the overall experience.

    Resolve Customer Conflicts: Promptly resolve conflicts to build loyalty.

    Performance Metrics: Strive to meet or exceed performance targets for dispensary success.

    POS Management: Maintain accurate POS records.

    Problem-Solving: Resolve drawer errors during closeout.

    Train New Staff: Train new RSA staff on policies, systems, and product knowledge.

    Flexible Schedule: Adjust shifts as needed, including nights and weekends.

    Other Duties as Assigned.
