- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime
- Work Arrangement :In-person, with flexible scheduling options
- Manage all aspects of your clients assigned to you.
- Review clients' books and records.
- Review bookkeepers' work and help mentor any staff during review process.
- Prepare financial statements and consult with clients.
- Prepare and review various tax returns (Federal & State) including 1040, 1040NR, 1041, 1120/1120S, 1065, and 990.
- Conduct tax planning and projections.
- Address and resolve IRS/State notices, including communication with IRS/State and clients, and drafting written responses.
- Perform tax and accounting research as necessary.
- 4+ years of accounting and tax preparation experience.
- CPA or enrolled agent status.
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Lacerte (or similar software), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
