- Educate our guests on products services best care practices tailoring product suggestions to individual needs ensuring detailed prescriptions home care regimens after each treatment,

- Maintain established revenue guest retention goals set for nail department actively promoting spa treatments retail products packages seasonal promotions promoting selling proprietary product line ensuring every guest is happy cared demonstrated exceptional customer service exceeding expectations assisting other areas not treatment sessions willing doing any task phenomenal guest experience success
