Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, general ledger, accounts payable and receivablePrepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts for subsidiariesPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow transactionsAssist in monthly closing of accounts,schedules,and reconciliationsSupport project costing by tracking expenses related to vessels,jobs,and work ordersMaintain proper documentation for vendor invoices,purchase orders,and delivery ordersAssist in inter-company transactionsand reconciliationsPrepare GST reportingand ensure compliance with statutoryand regulatory requirementsAssist auditorsduring auditsby preparing schedulesandsupporting documentsPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned
