Provides daily support with problem solving and resource allocation, clarifying root causes and driving cross functional problem solving in the team as a whole.

Required High School Diploma or equivalent Or GED
Successful completion of a competency based orientation program Required
5 years of relevant experience Experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting Required
Experience working as a medical assistant, paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
Experience using EPIC Required
Experience as an EPIC SuperUser Preferred
Experience in Kaizen Culture/Standard Work Preferred
CRT-Medical Assistant, Certified (NCMA) - NCCT National Center for Competency Testing Upon Hire required
