- The Product owner is accountable for leading one or more cross-functional Product Development teams in delivering the maximum value in each Product increment.
- Liase with various internal and client stakeholders to ensure requirements align as per business need
- Support product engineering by ensuring solution delivers the business needs.
- Be part of UAT users in signing off the products features
- Continuously maintain, enrich, and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure the team constantly implements those items which add the greatest value to the business, customers, users, and patients. This includes carefully balancing business needs, customer desires, and patient safety with items like technical debt, security requirements, bug fixes, and maintenance.
- Take ownership of a large Product or Product area, creating Vision & Strategy from the business customer and putting this at the forefront for the Agile Product development teams and all stakeholders.
- Ensure the depth and quality of the Backlog is sufficient to maintain a source of prioritized items for the
- Possess deep knowledge and understanding of both the integrated healthcare landscape (current and future from provider, patient, and payor perspective), EMR and HER. Health care Insurance with good understanding of function like Enrollment, claims, billing, adjudication etc.
- Knowledge in using HL7 and XML for designing interfaces and documenting requirements.
- Excellent communication, Backlog management, team facilitation, and coordination with key stakeholders, Product Management, and Product Engineering Leadership.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid claim rules and regulation, pricing and payment
- Familiarity with PACE, MLTC, or other capitated programs a plus
- Experience in JIRA and SQL required
- Able to understand and relate to technologies - AWS or Azure Cloud, DevOps principles/tools, CI/CD pipelines, Github repository, SDLC processes.
