    Description

    We are in search of a Haul Truck Driver for our Waco, TX plant for the night shift from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am.

    What You will be Doing:
    • Actively promoting safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
    • Operating various mobile equipment (haul truck, farm tractor, water truck, rubber tire backhoe, front loader, etc.)
    • Operating equipment in quarry or production settings
    • Safely transporting raw materials or finished products using heavy equipment within the facility
    • Following industry safety regulations and procedures
    • Conducting daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections
    • Maintaining effective communication with plant employees and operators
    • Fulfilling other assigned duties or responsibilities


    What You Need:
    • Punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
    • Positive, Team-oriented approach
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, climbing stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet
    • Capability to work in various outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • No previous experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided


    Work Environment and Physical Requirements: While most equipment is air-conditioned, there may be occasions where duties require work in diverse weather conditions such as heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty environments.
