    The Dental Clinical Trainer will help scale a rapidly growing innovative Dental Technology company. This role is responsible for working with and training professionals (doctors and dental assistants) to use a revolutionary dental solution. This position could require significant travel (could be 50%). If you would like to expand your horizons and skill set outside of the normal day-to-day dental practice responsibilities, then this is the perfect position for you.

    Job Description

    • Deliver engaging live or virtual presentations on the process flow, product information and training of best practices to new clinicians and registered dental assistants on how to use the technology.
    • Support customers by proactively providing resources and assistance by scheduling training and 1:1 case reviews.
    • Determine training needs by traveling with clinical advisors and Business Growth Consultants; observing sales and patient deliveries; conferring with the clinical team to solve customer or team challenges.
    • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques with the clinical team; providing immediate.
    • Work closely with the clinical experience team to help identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team.

    Job Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience performing multiple functions in a dental office, implant/ surgical office experience is a plus.
    • An ideal candidate could have had a leadership role in the dental office in which they were responsible for the integration of new appliances, procedures and systems.
    • Experience successfully conducting group trainings to introduce new products or protocols.
    • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.
    • Willingness to travel regionally (50%)
