    Job Description CV Surgery Opportunity Employment available through Medical Group18-month income guarantee of $789,753 + lucrative incentive program$25,000 contract execution payment (to be repaid by you if you do not come to Abilene or your employment terminates prior to end of 3-year term and is composed of 3 separate payments:o$5k upon signing a contract with groupo$15k upon submitting all required documentation needed to complete credentialing for the hospitalo$5k to be paid after first payroll cycle following your first day of workRelocation and house hunting allowance (up to $20K)Potential Student Loan Repayment$2,000/month training stipend until the completion of your trainingFull benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Critical Illness, Life Insurance, Retirement, 30 days a year of DTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)$2,000 Texas license fees reimbursementMalpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure at HMC ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)Continuing medical education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per yearMarketing to community and region includedAbilene, Texas is a regional center of higher education and the Arts.
