    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Account Manager to oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of our account management team.

    The ideal candidate will ensure that all tasks related to procurement, quality control, shipping, vendor management, invoicing, and shipment oversight are executed timely and accurately.

    The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:


    • Purchase Orders Management: Ensure all purchase orders are placed with suppliers accurately and on time.
    • Quality Control Documentation: Ensure all quality control documents are created and maintained according to company standards.
    • Shipping Instructions: Create and send shipping instructions to suppliers and freight forwarders in a timely manner.
    • Vendor and Production Schedule Monitoring: Continuously monitor vendors and production schedules to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.
    • Invoicing: Ensure all invoices are generated accurately and sent to customers promptly.
    • Communication with Freight Forwarders: Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders regarding shipments, tracking, and any related issues.
    • GIP and Inventory Monitoring: Monitor Goods in Process (GIP) and customers' inventories to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Shipment Oversight: Oversee product shipments with account managers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.

    Qualifications:
    ·

    Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    ·

    Proven experience in account management or related role.
    ·

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    ·

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    ·

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
    ·

    Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
