    POSITION SUMMARY:

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Special Service Technician reports to the Shop Foreman and Local Operations Manager. While promoting and upholding the company culture, the focus is to complete service needs in the shop. Must maintain a professional rapport with every customer.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Assist Shop foreman with repairs and maintenance

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school education or equivalent experience.
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Must possess a positive attitude for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
    Punctual, results-oriented and focused on problem-solving.
