- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students in 1st and 4th grade.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to facilitate student learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents on student performance and progress.

- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid teaching license or certification in Elementary Education.
- Previous experience teaching elementary students preferred.
