About the Role

The Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of utility billing and key services for our apartment buildings. This role involves managing utilities, NSpire inspections, elevator services, and telecom bills using vendor tools, analyzing data for cost-saving opportunities, and handling the addition, change, or deletion of services as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or commensurate experience.
Proven experience in utility billing management and telecommunications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret billing data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Demonstrated computer proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software for business needs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using billing management tools and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office setting. The position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. It also requires sitting, bending, stooping, or standing as necessary.
