Customer Accounts Specialist.
This position offers flexibility for part time or full-time employment ranging from 28-40 hours per week. Work hours are scheduled between
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
with occasional additional hours. The office is located in Eau Claire.
The Customer Accounts Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of overseeing customer accounts. This position will include customer service, administrative tasks, and occasional facility support.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers in-person and over the phone.
Following company procedures to solve customer storage needs; utilizing active listening and articulating features and benefits to identify appropriate unit for needs; and ensuring a smooth rental/reservation process.
Pro-actively handle customer complaints and resolve account service issues. De-escalate problems to find appropriate solutions.Following up on all leads and reservations; collecting and entering information, executing, and explaining rental agreements, and giving access guidance and assistance to new and existing customers.
Securely handles payments and processing and ledger issues.Updates customer files, ensures paperwork completion, and documentation and follow-up throughout our CMS and other company software.
Oversees past due customers in accordance with company collection/auction process and following company lock-out procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong technical skills and ability to work in a technology driven environment to easily learn company specific programming and applications.
Ability to work the assigned hours of the position which may occasionally include non-standard hours, weekends, and/or overtime.
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize work and establish priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; highly professional demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to manage several projects with varying timelines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Ability to work collaboratively with others with whom you have no direct authority over
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors, and customers.
