- Serve as campus point of contact for students, parents, school personnel, high school instructors, and Lee University administration on topics related to dual enrollment at Lee University.
- Initiate and develop relationships with school administrators, counselors, teachers, and other members of the public, private and homeschool educational community.
- Communicate accurate information regarding Lee University academic programs and resources.
- Manage ongoing strategic communications with prospective students, parents and guests, high school and independent counselors via email, letters, telephone, scheduled appointments, tours, and other media.
- Responsible for intake and review of all applications
- Track all support documents (test scores, transcripts, etc.) for dual enrollment applications.
- Enter all application data accurately into TargetX and Colleague.
- Provide phone support for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
- Assist with special recruitment activities (LeeU Preview, Lee Day, registration, etc.).
- Coordinate enrollment activities with Academic Services and the Records Office as necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Undergraduate Admissions.
- Ability to provide excellent professional customer service through both verbal and written communication.
- Must be a strong professional communicator.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once.
- Possess strong organizational and people skills.
- Maintain professional image and a strong work ethic.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word and can learn other required programs such as Colleague and TargetX.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Description
The primary purpose of the Dual Enrollment Specialist is to manage the admissions process for high school students seeking to dual enroll at Lee University, as well as, support efforts to increase access to post-secondary academic courses at Lee University for high school students; increase their participation in those courses; and facilitate communication and collaboration between Lee University and school districts, private high schools, and homeschool communities.

While performing the duties of this position, the Dual Enrollment Specialist will spend most of their time sitting at their desk.
However, throughout the day there may be occasions when it would be necessary to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, kneel, or bend.
During special events such as LeeU Preview, Lee Day or registration and other recruitment activities the position may require some additional standing or walking.
