Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility - Staten Island, NY

Company: Staff Genius Recruiting

Weekly Wages: $1900-$3285

Bonus at 90 days: $500

Rates:

Mon-Friday

$30.14 hrly- Day Shift: 7-3pm (overtime rate $45.21)
$33.14- Evening Shift 10% Differential: 3p-11/ 11p-7a (overtime rate $49.71)

Weekend Sat/ Sunday Differential:

$32.14-All Shifts (overtime rate $48.21)

Benefits: Full, comprehensive medical benefits and tuition reimbursement

Location: Staten Island, NY skilled nursing facility

Job Type: Full-time, every other weekend

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Education Level: Associate Degree in Nursing; Current LPN License in New York

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. As an integral part of our healthcare team, the LPN will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the registered nurse and healthcare team
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York
CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
