    Job Responsibilities

    • Creating individual manufacturing process timeline partnership to be linked to overall project timeline.
    • Supporting vendor acceptance activities (engineering drawings, FAT, SAT etc).
    • Supporting weekly meetings with vendors, tracking meeting minutes and actions for individual processes.
    • Developing Global Initiated Assessment (GIA) in partnership with Quality Engineers and divisional resources required for applicable assessments.
    • Facilitating operator training and leading review and approval of documentation updates scoped in through the GIA process.
    • Formulating and executing process and equipment validations and capability studies.
    • Leading development and execution of decommissioning activities.
    • Working closely with Operations, Engineering Services, and Quality to resolve in-house and supplier quality problems using established problem-solving methodologies.
    • Leading and participating in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process for existing and new products.
    • Reviewing & approving inspection plans, routers, product drawings, as well as non-conforming material, and system documentation.
    • Facilitating quality remediation, gap closure through partnership with cell Quality Engineers.
    • Participating in development, review & approval process and equipment validation/qualifications.
    • Initiating & supporting NCR and CAPA initiatives.
    • Developing and executing equipment validations EQ, OQ, PQ and Procedure creations/updates.
    • Providing engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function.
    • Evaluating manufacturing outcomes and implementing continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
    • Supporting NPI and new equipment/process introductions

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
    • Manufacturing equipment validation experience – ValGenesis.
    • Change control experience – OnePLM/Windchill.
    • NC/CAPA experience – TrackWise.
    • Equipment work order experience.
    • NO C2C CANDIDATES
