    Westminster College seeks a highly skilled and organized professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Custodial and Event Management Services.

    About the Role:

    • Provide administrative support for custodial and event management services, ensuring the efficient operation of facilities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
    • Support day-to-day business operations, including managing budgets and resources.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the mission of Westminster College.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Broad knowledge of business functions, including property management.
    • Custodial and event management experience.
    • Ability to understand technical aspects of property management.

    • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
