    What You Will Be Doing In The FP&A Role


    Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will partner with the Global FP&A team and leadership team to provide key analyses and recommendations on operational improvement projects and other business priorities.

    Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
    Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
    Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
    Identify process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

    Who You Are As a FP&A Professional

    Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field
    4+ years of FP&A experience in Manufacturing
    Technically savvy with advanced skills in

    Microsoft Excel:
    data query/data management tools (access, SQL, Business Objects)
    Hands on knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and/or Power BI is a plus
