    JOB PURPOSE:
    Responsible for identifying, qualifying and soliciting mid-level donors. Manage a portfolio of mid-level prospects and donors. Develop an annual development plan to manage donors and potential prospects identified as mid-level. Perform regular qualification calls to identify whether prospects are interested in making a gift. Meet with donors and prospects to discuss making a gift. Additionally, engage with major gift officer team when, and if a donor becomes a major donor.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify, qualify and solicit mid-level donors ($1,000 - $10,000).
    • Manage a portfolio of mid-level prospects and donors. Portfolio would be managed on a regular basis to continue moving donors through the giving pipeline.
    • Develop an annual plan to identify new donor prospects. The plan should also include how those prospects and donors should be engaged and at what frequency.
    • Engage the major gift officer team if a donor chooses to make a major gift.
    • Perform regular qualifications call to identify interest from prospects and donors.
    • Meet with donors and prospects in person if a prospect is identified.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
    Bachelors degree in related field.

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    Five (5) years of experience with a not-for-profit organization and work related to donors.

    MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
    None.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience working in healthcare fundraising preferred.
