We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who doesn't just fill roles—you build pipelines, create momentum, and own outcomes. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments enjoys solving hard hiring problems and wants real ownership over both high-volume 1099 sales recruiting and strategic W-2 hiring If you move fast think creatively and take pride in getting the right people across the finish line you'll feel at home here What You'll Be Doing Own the Sales Hiring Pipeline Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets owning both high-volume contractor hiring and W-2 roles across the organization Build maintain a consistent qualified pipeline of candidates Drive candidates from first touch through offer acceptance and start readiness Balance speed quality and volume without sacrificing candidate experience Partner with Sales Leadership Collaborate directly with branch leaders to understand hiring needs timelines local market dynamics Set clear expectations with hiring managers around urgency ownership accountability Provide real-time market feedback on candidate supply demand compensation expectations hiring friction Drive Speed & Accountability Maintain momentum between offer start date through proactive follow-up candidate engagement Identify mitigate drop-off risks ghosting competing offers readiness issues Hold yourself stakeholders accountable to hireng timelines commitments Sourcing & Outreach Proactively source talent LinkedIn referrals events outbound outreach creative sourcing strategies Craft compelling outreach educates candidates sets realistic expectations attracts right profile Continuously test iterate optimize sourcing strategies by market role type Data Process Excellence Track pipeline activity conversion rates hireng outcomes ATS Maintain clean accurate candidate documentation notes Use data improve efficiency forecast hireng needs inform leadership decisions What We're Looking For Required years of recruiting talent sourcing experience ideally sales field-based roles Proven ability manage multiple requisitions pipelines simultaneously Strong communicator candidates leaders High sense of urgency ownership follow-through Comfort operating fast-paced performance-driven environments Familiarity ATS platforms outbound sourcin tools Preferred Experience recruiting commission-based entrepreneurial sales roles Background construction home improvement door-to-door sales environments Experience hirin at scale mutiple geographies Compensatin Perks $70 000–$85 000 base salary Bonus eligibility paid quarterly Full benefits package – medical dental vision insurance Unlimited PTO* (we trust adults manage time) 401(k) match up to % Premier-provided apparel represent brand with pride
